Payment processing

TMS uses a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to process credit/debit card payments. Credit card details are securely transferred directly to Stripe for payment processing and are not stored by TMS. Stripe uses and processes personal information in accordance with their own privacy policy: https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

Cookies & Tracking

The TMS website may use cookies to store your information, retain shopping cart information, process payments via Stripe, and compile aggregate site traffic data. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

TMS uses Clicky to log and analyze website traffic. This is done using a “Unique ID” tracking cookie used for the legitimate purpose of identifying unique visitors. TMS may also record your IP address for security and fraud prevention and your username to help analyze visitor behavior. Additional information is available in Clicky’s own privacy policy: http://clicky.com/terms/privacy.
